Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested at a hotel in New York City on charges of conspiracy to commit extortion, human trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.
In the indictment unsealed, Sean “Diddy” Combs and members of his group, including senior supervisors, security personnel, household staff, and personal assistants, are accused of organizing Freak Offs (sex shows) on more than one occasion.
During these sexual gatherings, Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of “beating, throwing objects, and pulling the victim’s hair,” and “physically and mentally abusing them to engage in maniacal behavior.” The male artist’s attacks are described as “often causing injuries that took days or weeks to heal.”
“Combs controlled his victims through a variety of means, including physical violence, promises of employment opportunities, threats to cut off financial support, and other coercive measures, including monitoring their whereabouts and medical records, ordering victims to appear, and providing them with narcotics,” the indictment said.
In addition, through the investigation of the scene, authorities found a number of items at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ mansion in March, including drugs, guns, and more than 1,000 bottles of lubricant.
During a hearing in federal court in Lower Manhattan (USA) on September 17, the judge declared Sean “Diddy” Combs detained without bail. If convicted, the male artist could face a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison.
